Panasonic AW 0660 Robot MIG Welding Cell
Our Panasonic AW 0660 Robot Welder is a fully functional 6-axis MIG weld cell that has a effective weld radius of 1500mm. The Power Source Invertor is a PanaStar HF-350 MIG, 350 amp DC unit. These units are programmed by highly experianced technicians that have completed extensive training by factory personnel to assure the welding is preformed correctly.
Genesis 3M3 Robot MIG Welding Cell
Our Genesis 3M3 Robot MIG Welding Cell is a fully functional 8-axis MIG weld cell with a KUKA KR 6 robotic arm with a 1610mm reach and a 180 degree Turn Style Positioner equipped with 2 DC Programmable Positioners to assist in staging a complicated part on the passive postioner while the robot welds a complicated part on the operational postioner on the other side. The Power Source Invertor is a Miller DeltaWeld 452 MIG, 450 amp DC unit.

Our Genesis 3M Robot Laser Welding Cell is a fully functional 6-axis 3000 Watt Haas/Trump YAG Laser weld cell with a KUKA KR 6 robotic arm with a 1610mm reach and a 180 degree Turn Style Positioner to assist in staging a complicated part on the passive side while the robot welds a complicated part on the operational other side.
